Regarding the joint construction of the workshop and the chemical storage room

I would like to ask the experts: Can the phthalic anhydride (solid) processing area and its material handling equipment (melting tank, which is used to melt the solid into liquid phthalic anhydride) be located in the same warehouse, separated from each other only by a curtain? If that doesn’t work, could you tell me which standard has specific requirements?
Please refer to Article 3.3.6 of the Building Code (2014 edition).
But this rule is for intermediate warehouses.
The problem description is not clear at all – are the phthalic anhydride workshop and the chemical mixing equipment located in the same warehouse? Build a workshop in the warehouse? That definitely won’t work. If only the phthalic anhydride workshop and the chemical mixing unit are located in the same workshop, that is allowed; no special separation is required in between. If isolation is necessary, non-combustible materials must be used; should curtains be used? Something that burns shouldn’t work, right?
Is there a problem with the description? Could it be simplified a bit? It makes it easier for everyone to provide detailed answers.
