Attachment: Detailed plans for each phase

**First Phase: Publicity Phase**
1. Promoting the importance of personal safety protection through bulletin boards
① Activity period: August 20 – August 30
② Responsible person: Safety officer
③ Coordinators: Workshop managers
④ Evaluation and rewards: At the end of August, dedicated safety officers will evaluate the content of the bulletin boards on-site. The top three will be rewarded with 80 yuan, 50 yuan, and 30 yuan respectively, while the last-place team will be subject to a 50-yuan assessment. 2. The Safety Department collects typical examples of personal protective equipment use and distributes them to various work stations. ① Duration of the activity: August 20 – September 30. ② Person responsible for the activity: Safety Department. ③ Persons assisting with the activity: Safety officers. ④ Standards for the activity: These typical examples are to be kept at the respective work stations; those who receive training must sign their names, and each person is required to write a reflection on what they have learned. The safety officers then compile these reflections and submit them to the Safety Department for record-keeping. The deadline for completion is September 30. Phase 2: “Safety in My Heart” Experience Sharing Phase ① Activity period: September 1 – September 15 ② Person responsible for the activity: Safety officer ③ Persons to assist with the activity: Workshop supervisor, dispatcher ④ Location of the activity: South classroom on the fourth floor of the administrative building ⑤ Activity arrangements: (1) Each unit shall identify an experienced employee who can use real cases from their own experience (both positive and negative examples) to illustrate the importance of personal protection; the list of speakers along with their presentation materials must be submitted by September 1–September 5 ； (2) On September 6–7, the Safety Department organized full-time safety officers to select the top three winners based on the content of their presentations and award them prizes; the person in last place had their workshop assessed. The top three gave presentations to the operators and maintenance workers in the four main teams, with prize amounts of 100 yuan, 80 yuan, and 50 yuan respectively, while the person in last place faced a 50-yuan penalty for their workshop. (3) September 10, 16:20–17:30 – Experience exchange session; all members of the three shifts, as well as half of the maintenance staff on the regular day shift who work in the urea, synthesis, water supply, and maintenance departments ； September 11, 16:20–17:30 – Experience exchange; participants: all members of Class 2, as well as half of the maintenance staff on the regular day shift who work in the urea, synthesis, water supply, and maintenance departments ； September 12, 16:20–17:30 – Experience exchange session; participants: all members of Team 1, as well as half of the maintenance staff on regular day shifts from the thermal power, gas supply, electrical control stations, transformation units, instrumentation departments, and warehouses ； September 13, 16:20–17:30 – Experience exchange session; participants: all members of the four main teams, as well as half of the maintenance staff on regular day shifts from the thermal power, gas supply, electrical control stations, transformation units, instrumentation departments, and warehouse. Phase 3: Audio-visual education on the use of fire-fighting and protective equipment ① Duration of the activity: September 16 – September 30 ② Persons responsible for the activity: Dispatchers and safety officers ③ Persons assisting with the activity: Safety department ④ Location of the activity: Shift handover room ⑤ Arrangements: The dispatchers in the senior shift will use the pre-shift meetings to organize the personnel in that shift to watch audio-visual materials on how to use fire-fighting and protective equipment in the shift handover room; each viewing session will last 30 minutes. The viewing times for the senior shift are 15:20–15:50 on September 17 and 15:20–15:50 on September 21 ； The viewing times for the two senior classes are 15:20–15:50 on the 16th and 15:20–15:50 on the 20th ； The viewing times for the three classes are 15:20–15:50 on the 19th and 15:20–15:50 on the 23rd ； The viewing times for the four classes are 15:20–15:50 on the 18th and 15:20–15:50 on the 22nd ； The electrical training for maintenance workers will be held in two sessions: the first session is scheduled from 16:20 to 17:20 on September 18, with half of the maintenance workers from each workshop attending; the second session is scheduled from 16:20 to 17:20 on September 19, with the other half of the maintenance workers from each workshop attending. Phase 4: Demonstration Session on the Use of Personal Protective Equipment for New Workers 1. Date of the event: October 10 – October 20 2. Person responsible for the event: Safety Department 3. Persons assisting with the event: Safety officers 4. Location of the event: Flag-raising Square 5. Attendees: All new workers who joined the company after 2011 6. Events to be demonstrated: (1) Use of gas masks, gas cartridges, dust masks, safety belts, rubber gloves, and heat-resistant clothing; (2) Use of air respirators and chemical protective suits; (3) First aid in case of electric shock. Event schedule. 7. Specific arrangements for the protective equipment competition: (1) Competition arrangements regarding the use of gas masks, gas cartridges, dust masks, safety belts, rubber gloves, and heat-resistant clothing. ① Participating units: Gas production, conversion, thermoelectric, and water supply workshops. ② Requirement: Each workshop shall send 3 new employees to take part in this competition ； The competition is carried out in three rounds, with each workshop sending a new worker who wears all the protective equipment once ； Scoring is based on the standard of PPE wearing, proficiency in its use, and duration of use (according to the scoring sheet); the top three individuals are rewarded with amounts of 100 yuan, 80 yuan, and 50 yuan respectively ； ③Division of responsibilities: The personnel in charge of synthesis, urea production, conversion processes, and thermoelectric operations are responsible for scoring; the Safety Department oversees the fairness of these scores. The safety officer of this workshop does not score the participants from his own workshop ； ④Preparation of competition protective equipment: The changeover and thermal safety officers are responsible for bringing the protective equipment needed for the competition to the venue. (2) Schedule for the competition on the use of air respirators and chemical protective suits; ① Participating units: Synthesis, Urea. ② Requirements: There will be two teams from each of the Synthesis and Urea groups competing. The competition will take place in two rounds, with one team from each workshop participating in each round; each team consists of three members, who will wear two sets of chemical protective suits – two people will wear the suits while one person acts as an assistant ； The scoring is based on the standard of PPE wear, proficiency in its use, and duration of use (according to the scoring sheet); the score for a group is determined by a tie between the two individuals, with a prize of 100 yuan awarded to the winner. ③Division of responsibilities: The transformation and thermoelectric safety officers are responsible for scoring, while the Safety Department oversees the fairness of these scores; the safety officer of this workshop does not score the participants from their own workshop. ④Preparation of competition protective equipment: The synthetic and urea safety officers are responsible for bringing the protective equipment needed for the competition to the venue. (3) Arrangements for the electric shock first aid competition: ① Participating units: Electrical management station, maintenance workshop, and instrumentation workshop. ② Requirements: The electrical management station, maintenance workshop, and instrumentation workshop shall each send two teams to participate. The competition will be held in two sessions, with one team from each of the three workshops participating in each session; each team consists of two people, one of whom simulates an electric shock resulting in cardiac arrest, while the other person performs chest compressions as first aid ； The correct execution of the movements is used as the basis for scoring (according to the scoring sheet), and the winner receives a reward of 100 yuan. ③Division of responsibilities: The specialists in transformation, thermoelectricity, and urea are responsible for scoring; the Safety Department oversees the fairness of these scores. The safety officer of this workshop does not score the participants from their own workshop.
