Find out about the shift schedules for instrument workers in various factories

I’m new here, so please accept my apologies. Recently, my factory has finalized the staffing arrangements. I would like to ask fellow workers whether the instrument technicians in your factories work on regular shifts or follow the shift rotation system used in chemical processing. Do those responsible for DCS system maintenance also need to work on shifts? Thank you all
Here, the instrument maintenance workers work on a shift system; daytime shift: 8:00--16:00； Night shift: 16:00--8:00 (the following day). Day 1: day shift, Day 2: night shift; 2 consecutive days off after the night shift.
We work regular shifts, with three days off per month; 7 people take turns working for one day each, followed by an afternoon off. The salary is 2,700 yuan, and after working for 7 years, it adjusts according to market conditions
Instrument technicians still work regular day shifts, allowing them to make full use of their efficiency; on shift work they just sleep, it’s basically working during the day followed by sleeping
Instrument operators generally do not work shifts; they mainly work the day shift and only on night duty occasionally.
It depends on your actual needs – is there a large variation in the process? Generally, there is no issue with working shifts; a night shift system is in place, and appropriate allowances are provided if work is required at night.
We don’t work shifts. I’m at home on the weekends, and when there are matters to deal with, I take turns going to the factory to handle them. Everything was taken care of and I’m back at home.
Three days off in a month – the salary isn’t high at all
I think so too; there’s no need to have a bunch of people around at night
