Lean production is a systematic manufacturing approach whose goal is to reduce unnecessary waste in the production process in order to create economic value for end consumers. In simple terms, the core of lean production is to create value with minimal effort. The lean production project is aimed at addressing the practical problems that exist in production and operations, with project ideas being developed to tackle specific real-world issues. In the implementation of lean production initiatives, regardless of whether the projects involve regular employees or management, front-line workers are often able to propose more suitable project ideas; the benefits resulting from this can be quite significant. Moreover, lean production is typically a type of initiative that requires minimal investment but yields substantial results. The Production Site Management version of the Production Region is holding a presentation and sharing event for lean production projects in this edition. The requirements for the event are as follows: 1. Event theme: Presentation and sharing event for lean production projects 2. Requirements: 1. Post separately in the Production Site Management version of the Production Region ; The content of the posts can relate to lean production, such as energy savings and cost reduction, minor improvements, and boosting employee motivation. Images or PPT format can be attached. Note: It is not appropriate to discuss company production secrets. 2. Requirements for the post title format: Lean Sharing No. 3. Event timeline: Event duration: 2016 – 2016; Award presentation time: 2016 – 2016. 4. Awards for the event: @guanjian88 @*aojiaoya0546 @hesonchang214 @Wang Tianze
I suggest that we first discuss relevant topics related to ‘lean production projects’ at the regional level, and only after everyone understands what such projects entail should we launch any related activities.
This post was last edited by Wang Tianze on 2016-6-8 at 12:31; it has been described above. Generally, everyone can understand it. For those who have just started working, there may be things that are not clear. If such a case is available, it would be good to release it a few days before the event as well. Let’s set the duration of the activity at 3 months. June is Safety Production Month, so I guess not many people will be able to participate. The evaluation period usually lasts around 20 to 30 days, depending on the number of participants in the event. It can be handled flexibly.
