As the title suggests: Our company has been cutting salaries, while there are more and more inspections, audits, and tasks, with increasingly strict requirements. Although my position has become higher, my skills have improved and my knowledge has expanded, my income has actually decreased... I truly feel that it’s difficult to find a job these days. In the past, with less work experience, I would receive many calls from companies after submitting my resume; now, with more work experience, a higher position, and greater expertise, I get fewer calls. Has the employment situation in the chemical industry really reached its end? Everyone wants to go to a small company and start a business together
I feel the same way; my position has improved a bit over these two years, but my income has decreased a bit.
These days, nothing is more profitable than real estate investing; what a strange country it is – those who work hard and diligently are at a disadvantage now?
