Regarding bauxite leaching

I have recently been involved in work related to bauxite production. The higher the aluminum-to-silicon ratio, the more favorable it is for dissolution. If the aluminum-to-silicon ratio is increased through processing to a value of 100-200, I wonder whether this has any practical significance for industrial production. I would appreciate it if experts could provide some explanations. Thank you! PS: I’ve heard from friends that they add stones and mud to bauxite with a relatively high aluminum-to-silicon ratio, and then sell it to alumina plants.
