I. Purpose of the trial run: To gain a preliminary understanding of the compressor’s performance, and to check whether the design, manufacturing, and assembly of the equipment are reasonable and sound, in order to ensure safety and reliability during normal operation. II. Test contents: Inspection of the water system and lubricating oil system—No-load test—System purging—Airtightness test—Load test. III. Test conditions: 1. The civil engineering work for this system has been completed; the equipment, process pipelines, electrical systems, and instrumentation have all been fully installed, inspected, and found to be in good condition after calibration. 2. Prepare the original records and technical documents. 3. The operators working on this system are familiar with the processes and procedures of their respective positions. 4. Conduct the test run strictly in accordance with the test plan. IV. Preparations before testing: 1. Before testing, conduct a thorough inspection of all compressor equipment and pipelines to ensure that they are properly installed, and that the electrical instruments are calibrated correctly and function properly. 2. Check the tightness of the compressor motor foot bolts. 3. The cooling water system is unobstructed, leak-free, and has sufficient pressure. 4. After the lubricating oil system cycle is completed, the oil circuit should be cleaned to maintain smooth flow and stable oil pressure. 5. Before starting the motor, the rotor and stator must be thoroughly cleaned with compressed air or carbon dioxide to ensure there are no contaminants. 6. Clean the site thoroughly to ensure normal testing.
