Introduction: This series consists of single-suction, single-stage cantilever centrifugal pumps, with 34 basic models and 242 specifications in total. Used for pumping clean water and non-corrosive liquids; the maximum temperature of the fluid is 80°C. Models equipped with a water cooling chamber at the shaft seal allow a maximum fluid temperature of up to 103°C (ISR type hot water pumps). There are three types of shaft seals: soft packing seal, mechanical seal, and skeleton oil seal (ISY type light oil pump). Pumps with copper impellers and stainless steel shafts are available according to user requirements. The operating pressure of the pump (inlet pressure + maximum head) is 1.6 MPa, while the test pressure for the pressure-bearing components in the factory is 2.4 MPa. At the customer’s request, pumps with an operating pressure higher than 1.6 MPa can also be provided; therefore, these pumps are most suitable for applications with high inlet pressures (such as in air conditioning and heating systems with closed cycles). These pumps in this series are single-suction, single-stage, horizontal chemical centrifugal pumps. They are designed in accordance with the international standard ISO2858 and manufactured per ISO5199/DIS. Used for transporting neutral or corrosive media or petroleum products. Flow rate range: 2.5~460 cubic feet per hour ; Head range: 2.5~132 meters ; Medium temperature: -20 to 180 degrees Celsius ; Maximum operating pressure: 1.6 MPa. Pump shaft seals come in various structural forms, with the most commonly used being the internal-mounted unbalanced single-face mechanical seal. Depending on the operating conditions, external, unbalanced, or double-faced mechanical seals can be selected. The flushing cooling method can be internal flushing or external flushing. Sealing accessories (such as cyclone separators, heat exchangers, etc.) can be installed. For media containing suspended particles or those with low corrosivity, soft packing seals (external flushing type or internal flushing type) can also be used. The first two digits in the pump model represent the inlet and outlet diameters of the pump. For example: IH100-80-160 – 100: inlet diameter (mm); 80: outlet diameter (mm). The ISR type hot water pump cools the shaft seal area using normal-temperature water, and it can handle media at temperatures up to 130 degrees Celsius. The shaft seal of the ISY type oil cleaning pump can be a skeleton oil seal or a mechanical seal. Materials of construction: Pump body and pump cover – ordinary cast iron or ball-milled cast iron; impeller – cast iron or cast steel; shaft – carbon steel or stainless steel.
