I am an ordinary worker at the grassroots level. From my perspective, various inspections basically focus on the two aspects of on-site surface work and comprehensive information.
First of all, you must be familiar with the production process, material characteristics, equipment knowledge, operating procedures and operating procedures of the production workshop. The second step is daily inspections and keeping daily records and ledgers. Nowadays, safety standardization is being carried out, and many standardized inspection contents can be implemented with reference to safety standardization (available online).
Make a suggestion: For novices, they should familiarize themselves with the basic knowledge of the area in charge as soon as possible, including the process flow and basic operations, otherwise they will easily make jokes and look down upon others.
Newbies have a process: Personally think: first step: Be familiar with the company’s relevant safety regulations ； Be familiar with the process and master the key control points of each process (especially related to safety) ； and some operational safety precautions ； Only in this way can you have a basis for pointing out problem points during company inspections every day. Otherwise, you may have nothing to say when employees do not accept it. ； Communicate more with frontline employees ； It will help you understand people, skills and company operations, and at the same time collect more employees’ thoughts and suggestions on safety. ； Find an appropriate opportunity to propose improvements to superiors ； In this way, your prestige among front-line employees will be slowly established. ； Step 2: Mastering some laws and regulations related to technology will help you develop your thinking. If you have never worked at the grassroots level, it is recommended that you take the initiative to work at the grassroots level for half a year to a year. This is more practical than anything else.
