Operating procedures for the electric furnace during heating and reduction in the synthesis tower

Since the synthesis towers I’ve been in contact with before all used external heating, there is now a factory that employs electric heating. I’m not familiar with how to operate electric heating, so I hope fellow experts can provide some guidance:handshake
Did you change jobs and switch companies? We also have heating furnaces here; electric furnaces are convenient but come with a higher risk level, right?
I haven’t considered changing jobs for now; I just need some materials for training, and I also want to learn some new knowledge so that I can understand the methods and procedures involved
For training purposes, do we need an ammonia synthesis operator? I can operate it myself.
