Instead, it relies on your professional skills and knowledge of how to conduct oneself. Once I started working, I learned scientific knowledge – the kind I acquired during my time in school. But once I entered society, I had to truly learn how to behave as a human being; the slightest mistake could lead one to a deep abyss, with no room for error at all. Without the care of one’s family, stepping into society alone and leaving behind home and career is truly difficult. There is no mentor to guide your life properly; just like a small tree, without the care of a larger tree, it may grow in a distorted manner. He often nagges, saying that you should draw more diagrams when you have time, take some adult correspondence courses or something, and consult with the leaders in the workshop and the relevant departments whenever possible, as well as report on your work. At first, I was too shy to do it; it’s part of our ancestors’ tradition – those who are too shy won’t be able to make a living. If you don’t do it, maybe other brothers will do it better than you? Why don’t I make an effort! But under his guidance, I gradually mastered the business knowledge, and at the same time became close friends with the leaders in the workshop and the relevant departments (everyone has desires; you can’t just settle for staying in your current position and thinking about retirement!) ), and it was under his influence that I made relatively rapid progress, both in my personal life and at work. At the same time, one must also maintain a high level of concentration, ensuring that hands and eyes are quick to act; just as you know which tool to hand over the moment the chief surgeon reaches out. Only in this way can one make better progress. I’m not saying this to flatter anyone – isn’t that the case in society these days as well? But at the same time, you need to strengthen yourself; you can’t be like someone who can’t be helped. Hard work pays off; it represents a small step forward in life. In 2005, the company launched a new project, and I was responsible for overseeing the equipment related to this new project in my original workshop. Project construction is truly a test of one’s abilities. As soon as you arrive at the project site, those people look down on us – what does a graduate from a technical school know? They can’t even use CAD properly, yet they’re still expected to participate in project construction and be responsible for all matters related to the equipment in the workshop. Damn it. Well, if we can’t do it, then we’ll just learn it. What’s the big deal? What’s so great about having a master’s or bachelor’s degree? Steal their computers while on night shift and study! Anyway, no need to spend one’s own money; if the computer gets damaged, it’s not one’s own anyway. Simple drawings can be created in less than a week. In fact, CAD isn’t that complicated either – with some effort, one can pick it up quickly. It was fairly smooth overall. For someone with my low IQ, it took a year of effort before I was able to drive successfully; there were many obstacles along the way, and quite a few difficulties to overcome. It’s really frustrating. Most of the time it was spent dealing with disputes. This phenomenon of disputes seems to be an inevitable part of life in any place where people interact with each other. It depends on how you handle it – if you take it seriously, then you can’t avoid those issues; the responsibility is significant. The path is full of twists and turns; what seemed like a big deal yesterday is no longer a problem by today.
