Colleagues, we are a lead smelting enterprise that produces 300,000 tons of sulfuric acid as a by-product. The price of sulfuric acid is getting lower and lower these days. Could anyone recommend a suitable project for the deep processing of sulfuric acid? It’s better if the products are more environmentally friendly and not in excess supply in the market.
It is the conventional acid production process using two rotations and two absorptions for smelting flue gas.
There are hardly any similar projects, and even if there are some, the amount of sulfuric acid consumed is extremely small – it’s utterly insignificant!
It is possible to produce several thousand tons to 10,000 tons of refined sulfuric acid; the industrial-grade version suitable for use in batteries can also help increase profits
