Our company has recently started adding flue gas denitration agents to the regeneration system in our catalytic cracking units, using the CO combustion aid method; 20–40 KG of these agents are added three times a day. Is everyone’s company using it? Could the experts please explain the function and principle of this type of additive? Thank you!
Which company produces the flue gas denitration additives?
I happened to see relevant reports a few days ago, so I’d like to show them to everyone:
Design institutes generally recommend Topsoo from the Netherlands; there are also many domestic options
The poster is not discussing SCR catalysts, but rather denitration additives added to the FCC cracking catalyst bed. Regarding the reduction of NOX in flue gas, 1. Do not use platinum as an oxidizing agent ; 2. Low oxygen content. No one can clearly explain the mechanism of denitration additives.
Used again, the effect is still okay. Contact if you bought it
I specialize in producing catalysts for flue gas denitration, which are currently widely used at Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Guangzhou Petrochemical Corporation, Maoming Petrochemical Corporation, Jinling Petrochemical Corporation, Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation, Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Dalian Refining & Chemical Co., and Sinochem Quanzhou; Collaboration has now been established with local refineries in Shandong, and 3 large-scale such refineries have begun to use it ; Our denitration agent is a three-effect denitration aid that completely replaces CO as an oxidizing agent, offering high efficiency in NOx control. Our company is Tianjin Tuode Petrochemical Technology Services Co., Ltd.; the contact person is Miao, at 18653358922
What’s the principle behind yours? Convert nitrogen into nitrogen gas or something else? Are there any harms to using too much?
