What category does the assessment for promoting advanced technicians in delayed coking to technician level fall under? Is a computer application skills test required?

Generally, here the assessment system consists of required knowledge, practical skills, and a thesis defense!
I’m not sure what the situation is where you are, but here we have three categories of technicians: junior technicians, senior technicians, and top-tier technicians. Nowadays, all exams are taken on computers; there’s no more handwritten testing.
