Best assistance and best answer

I’ve been using forums for a long time, but I still haven’t figured out the difference between the best assistance and the best answer; I feel that the best answer is more valuable. After all, some people may have the best approach to providing assistance, but not necessarily the best answer.
The best assistance is like a revelation. It is also a way for the person being helped to express their gratitude to the helper. As for the answer, what is considered the best is difficult to define; it has certain limitations and is prone to controversy.
If you post a message and someone replies with something that you think is good, you can give them a best response. But can only managers provide the best answer? ?

I didn’t notice the best answer; it’s easy to make mistakes when setting this level.

So, apart from the best form of assistance, what is the role of ordinary “assistance”? For example, sometimes after posting a thread, an “Offer Help +1” popup appears automatically?
I can’t find it now. I posted for the first time in the computer resources section this morning, and I got +3 help points; it appeared automatically, with no notification in the system alerts.
