Progress of the Industrial Gas Island Project of Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.: The total investment for this project is 1,212 million yuan. It is currently in the approval phase, with a construction period from October 2016 to September 2017. The funding required for the project is being secured, and the necessary equipment will be purchased domestically. The project is located within the Qinzhou Petrochemical Industrial Park in Guangxi Province. The main equipment includes cooling towers, storage tanks, automatic batching systems, internal mixers, pre-forming machines, vulcanization machines, microwave vulcanization machines, automatic gluing machines, edge-trimming machines, compressors, high-power pumps, air coolers, valves, pressure regulation systems, gas transmission pipelines, metering systems, foam fire extinguishing systems, automatic control systems, pressure vessels, safety measuring instruments, comprehensive automatic protection devices, emulsifiers, reactors, water treatment equipment, vacuum pumps, air compressors, crushers, dryers, centrifuges, ovens, cooling circulation systems, dust collection devices, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, water supply and drainage facilities, security systems, absorption towers, distillation towers, separation towers, centrifuges, etc., as well as automatic control systems, reaction kettles, condensers, balanced flow meters, hot water pumps, and chilled water pumps. Project Overview: Located within the Qinzhou Petrochemical Industrial Park in Guangxi Province, this project is invested and constructed by Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. It is planned to use imported coal as raw material and advanced pulverized coal gasification technology to produce syngas. The project will include facilities for oxygen production at a capacity of 240,000 Nm3/h, gasification, purification, and CO separation at a capacity of 644,000 Nm3/h (CO+H2), hydrogen production at a capacity of 300,000 Nm3/h, methanol production at 1 million tons per year, ethylene glycol production at 200,000 tons per year, acetic acid production at 500,000 tons per year, and sulfur recovery at 22,500 tons per year, along with various supporting auxiliary facilities. The project is currently going through preliminary procedures such as environmental impact assessments; the design has not yet begun, and the equipment has not been purchased.
