What is the difference between a diaphragm pressure gauge and a diaphragm-type pressure gauge? Thank you!
1. Diaphragm pressure gauge: To enable general-purpose pressure gauges to be used for measuring media that are highly corrosive, operate at high temperatures, have high viscosity, tend to condense or solidify, or contain solid particles suspended in them, and to prevent the measurement medium from coming into direct contact with the pressure gauge as well as to avoid the accumulation of deposits, a diaphragm gauge consisting of a diaphragm separator and a standard pressure gauge is employed. 2. Diaphragm pressure gauge: Suitable for measuring the pressure or negative pressure of various media that are corrosive, non-solidifying, or non-crystalline. 3. Essentially, diaphragm pressure gauges and membrane pressure gauges in pressure measuring instruments both use a separating diaphragm to transmit pressure; however, diaphragm pressure gauges utilize a fluid as the transmission medium, which is why they are unable to measure very low pressures ; A diaphragm pressure gauge can measure very low pressures through a mechanical amplification unit. Additionally, diaphragm pressure gauges can be disassembled, while diaphragm-type pressure gauges cannot.
The most straightforward approach would be to measure high pressure and low pressure.
