Has the polysilicon industry warmed up again? It seems there has been a lot of communication lately

As title
The first half of the year was good, but it’s been on a downward trend recently
The market is just that big after all; it’s good enough to get through it
It seems so; to be able to get interviews one after another is amazing
I’m still afraid of nightmares like those from back then; I’ll just wait and see
The few remaining can stick together for warmth
Factories that stopped production during good market conditions now want to resume operations. With prices dropping sharply over these past two months, these factories have remained silent again; one should be cautious when considering job changes; P
It’s difficult for companies in this industry to work together; everyone wants to be the leader. If you aim to produce 50,000 tons, then I’ll go for 100,000 tons, hehehe
At present, the price of grade-1 polysilicon has dropped to its lowest level ever, falling below 100,000; it is practically unavailable in the market. Many polysilicon manufacturers in China have stopped production for maintenance or reduced their output, as operating conditions are difficult
$15 per kilogram is indeed a rather low price; it’s at a historical low
Have it properly maintained. With this modification, the costs will be lower in the future
Is the price drop due to foreign competition or domestic competition? Or is it weak demand? Costs can be reduced to below $20, but domestic companies still see a significant increase in costs
Capacity expansion often relies on external funding, resulting in high financial costs
Due to China’s anti-dumping and countervailing measures on polysilicon exported to Europe, the United States, and South Korea, the price of polysilicon in China has remained higher than that in overseas markets for a long time. However, despite many manufacturers having started annual maintenance efforts and attempting to control production in the third quarter, China’s polysilicon market has still been unable to withstand the impact of weak demand from downstream industries; as a result, transaction prices have dropped significantly, indicating a comprehensive decline in prices across the solar industry chain. Given that market conditions have not improved yet, the demand from silicon wafer manufacturers for materials has also decreased significantly, resulting in chaos in the prices of polysilicon in China. Large manufacturers continue to offer prices around RMB 120/kg, while many smaller manufacturers, due to their pessimistic outlook for future market trends, have seen their prices drop rapidly from RMB 130/kg to RMB 100/kg, representing a 30% decline in just one month.
