Our company’s liquid chlorine plant uses Danfoss PMFL-125 valves for controlling the liquid level in the liquefier. Recently, during operation of the plant, abnormal behavior was observed in the control of the liquefier’s liquid level; the valves failed to operate automatically when the liquid level reached the upper or lower limits. No abnormalities were found after disassembling and inspecting the valve.
