The cooling water for the reactor jacket meets the discharge standards after analysis; can it be discharged directly to the main outlet without going through the wastewater system?
What kind of water is used for the cooling water in the reactor jacket? Who analyzed it to determine that it meets the emission standards?
As long as the standards are met, it can be discharged through the main outlet. But it’s generally not guaranteed; releasing it directly is a waste!
Underground well water is used for cooling, from the circulation tank to the reactor. I analyzed it myself and found that the COD level is very low; there are no other issues.
Direct emission is definitely possible; General environmental impact assessment regulations classify industrial wastewater into sewage and clean effluent (referring to recycled water discharge and rainwater) ; As long as the standards are met, it’s completely fine ; But you can totally go back to the recirculation tank – it’s such a waste to discharge it directly
Discharging it directly is not a problem, but it poses potential risks; moreover, it does not meet the requirements for recycling, as the total amount discharged remains at its minimum
This is mainly to address environmental risks; it would be problematic if an accident occurred and caused pollution. If installation is necessary, continuous monitoring is also required!
I think a monitoring instrument* should be installed in the return pipeline (online). Given the properties of the material in the reactor, if it is acidic, then a pH meter should be installed to prevent corrosion of the pipes by acidic water; and by the same logic, this is just my suggestion

Cooling water that meets the analysis standards should preferably be reused – deep well water can be incorporated into the cooling water system after use.
