Liquefied gas cylinder level

The liquid level in liquefied gas cylinders fluctuates greatly due to changes in temperature and pressure. I haven’t been able to find any formulas for converting between gas and liquid states. Does anyone among you, who are experienced at sea, know such formulas? What is the weight of 1 cubic meter of liquefied gas when its weight increases or decreases by 1 Kgf? The pressure is always the saturated vapor pressure at the top of the tank under test.
