【Life District】March 2016 Thread on Moderator Salaries
Thread Content
bg2.png March is coming to an end soon; a quarter of the year has passed. I hope everyone will work hard in the days to come. This month, @zhongqiaofang resigned due to work reasons; therefore, we would like to thank her for her contributions to the Travel and Food sections of the Life section. I hope that when I’m less busy in the future, I can continue to serve everyone in the Life Area. This month, we have recruited two new members: @a junior designer and @single_air. We hope that both of them will learn as much as possible, strive to manage the sections under their responsibility well, and achieve full employment status at an early date. Furthermore, to avoid vacancies among moderators caused by the sudden resignation of a moderator, the Life Area is constantly recruiting new moderators. Recruitment and referral posts for the HaiChuan Life region (valid indefinitely): http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1335978-1-1.html Moderators who fail three times in a row will be converted to regular members. For the trial version, the required level of management work is ≥90, while for the official version it is ≥120. 1. Updates to various sections are made in a timely manner, but duplicate submissions sometimes occur. We improve the management layer to facilitate management by others. 2. Regarding scoring: moderators typically assign scores ranging from 1 to 5; please do not give high scores. 3. There are many sponsored articles; I hope that when the moderators manage them, they will remember to leave comments before making edits. 4. Some editions include a question per day or per week; regardless of who is responsible for it, if no question is posted during a week, one should be added to avoid any lapses in delivery. Outstanding moderators this month: Dlutyj, Hamiltontai, Cflt111. Special note: Due to disputes arising from moderator management issues this month, we ask all moderators to refer to the O.K. moderator guidelines. Read carefully to have a basis for management in the future. This month, more new moderators should be appointed, and existing moderators who recommend new ones will receive a reward of 100 units of wealth per person. In summary, I hope all moderators will remain enthusiastic, manage posts in a calm and careful manner, and check for any missed posts before marking them as read. Only your excellent and sound work can bring glory to our life region. Work Plan for April 2016: 1. In the professional version, launch the [Debate Competition] and [Weekly Topics], while also actively participating in the “HaiChuan Thanksgiving Season” event. 2. In the family version, launch the [Debate Competition] and [Weekly Topics]. 3. The “Little Teahouse” section in the casual chatting version should continue to follow the company’s guidelines for posting content and be managed properly. 4. In the food section, keep the [guessing] feature as it is, as well as the [guessing] feature in the sports section; provide appropriate rewards to the users who post content and compile summaries promptly. The moderators in charge are requested to reply below, following the same requirements as in point 1. 5. There is a shortage of new moderators in certain regions – applications are welcome! The eligibility criteria for regional moderators in 2016 are: a minimum of 120 moderation actions, with at least 90 of those being actual moderation tasks; meanwhile, any attempt to inflate the number of moderation actions is strictly monitored. 6. 【Weekly Topic】 and 【Debate Competition】 come with a reward and penalty system: the moderator in charge of these activities earns 20 wealth points for each post posted, with 4 posts per month; 20 wealth points are deducted for each post that is missed. The rewards for the other versions are the same as those for the previous two versions. 7. The computer version of [One Question per Day] is excellent; 10 Wealth points are awarded for each post. Remember to check it and reply at the end of the post. Moderator’s reply format: ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 1. Actual salary + bonuses: Wealth + Charm + Prestige ((It is suggested that while receiving one’s salary, people should give a Wealth score to other floors as encouragement or send flowers)). 2. Monthly summary: Explain the achievements, provide an overview of work done in March, and outline the strengths, weaknesses, and reasons behind them. 3. Plans for this month: A detailed plan outlining the activities and arrangements for the respective section (for example, in the case of workplace debate competitions: how many issues will be published, and when they will be posted). 4. Do you have any opinions regarding the rules of this section? Share your thoughts; if you have any good suggestions, feel free to propose them (and if they are adopted, substantial rewards including reputation points will be given). 5. Section leader: Responsible for the monthly plans and arrangements for this section. 6. The deadline for collection is the 10th of each month. No refunds after expiration.
