Personally, I think the heat exchange tubes should be ordered in advance, and the casing should also be cut and manufactured ahead of time; these two processes involve longer lead times or require more time for pickling and sandblasting. Meanwhile, the sheet metal and forgings can be processed simultaneously.
For the Yk series of block condensers, it is usually sufficient to produce the components in advance and then assemble and test them once orders arrive. If everything starts from scratch, it is necessary to purchase graphite blocks, drill and process them, and conduct leak tests before they can be used as components. The processing of the casing is carried out simultaneously, including the installation of flanges and various pipe connections. Finally, assembly and testing are performed, followed by painting the casing before the product is ready for shipment. Most of these steps can be outsourced; larger companies can handle all the processing themselves, while smaller companies opt to purchase some of the components externally

The delivery time for regular forgings is long, so purchase the forgings first.
