Catalytic cracking of 1 million tons of heavy oil was shut down urgently once due to issues such as power outages, cessation of deoxygenated water supply, and steam failures; how much would it cost to cover these expenses? (Is 5 million enough?)
If there is significant damage to the internal equipment, it should still be manageable; as for whether it’s 500W, there are different calculations for that!
It should be more or less the same, but this is just preparation for driving
The cost for an emergency start-up or shutdown should not be very high, but the key issue is how long the feed to the intermediate stage is stopped, whether this has an impact on the reactive bed layer, and whether it’s necessary to regenerate the catalyst, etc. This is a complex issue that requires further detailed consideration
The key factor here is the duration of the shutdown; during that time, it affects the processing load of other devices as well as the overall efficiency of the entire plant – and that constitutes the main impact. The other effects are merely related to this particular device itself.
