Dear colleagues, due to the increasingly stringent requirements from customers, our analysis laboratory also has higher expectations of us. The filter bags we use have a precision of 12,500 mesh, and there is also a filter element with a filtration capacity of 0.2 microns. When taking samples from the finished product containers using glass tubes and placing them in beakers, suspended particles can be seen visually. I thought that such issues should not occur under these filtering conditions, but unfortunately they do happen. I’m not sure whether it’s caused by the filter bags, the filter elements, or something else; I would appreciate your guidance on this matter! We use plastic-lined tanks; the product is a liquid with a slightly acidic nature
