The waste heat boiler of the sulfur production furnace does not have a boiler cleaning wire; how can boiler cleaning chemicals be added, and how should the furnace be cleaned? What is the purpose of the DN50 1.0 steam line at the lower part of the waste heat boiler? Thank you
The 1.0MPa steam at the lower DN50 level is used for boiler boiling.
The steam line at the bottom is used for boiling the furnace; once the chemicals are prepared, one can find an outlet on the waste heat boiler, remove the flange, and add them inside
1.0 MPa steam is the preheating protection steam. I think what was said upstairs about using this wire as a cooking stove wire is feasible.
