The stripping unit is a single-tower pressurization device with an ammonia extraction line on the side. After coming out of the three-stage separation tank, ammonia gas and ammonia water combine in the ammonia water tank; the liquid level in this tank keeps rising, and when it reaches a high level, the liquid is sent to the raw water tank, and this cycle repeats continuously. I don’t know what caused it? Please feel free to share your thoughts

A comprehensive concept of material balance is necessary: determine how much ammonia is brought in by the incoming stream, how much ammonia is removed by the acidic gas at the top of the tower and the purified water at the bottom of the tower; what remains is the amount carried away via the side stream and ends up in the ammonia water tank. The ammonia tank keeps adding ammonia to it, and since the water content doesn’t decrease, its volume must increase. I don’t think anyone would allow the amount of ammonia carried away by the acidic gases at the top of the tower to balance with the amount of ammonia brought in by the purified water at the bottom of the tower and the ammonia in the incoming water. Then, as the liquid level in the ammonia tank rises, ammonia is sent back to the stripping tower (this is a small cycle); the concentration of ammonia continues to increase until the plant can no longer operate. Either the acidic gas contains ammonia, leading to salt buildup and blockages in the pipelines, or the purified water has too high an ammonia content, rendering the gas treatment system ineffective. This ammonia solution must be delivered or sold.
