The company has one engineer station and four operation stations. The programs are deployed in the same way and the permissions are identical, but on two of those operation stations, neither the operator nor the engineer privileges allow for adjusting PID settings such as those of control valves; admin privileges are required to do so. On the engineer station and the other two operation stations, operations can be carried out normally using either operator or engineer privileges. I would like to ask the experts: what is the cause of this issue?

There are four operation stations, and operators have only one level of access. With the operator privileges, one can carry out operations on stations 131 and 134; however, with the same privileges on stations 132 and 133, no operations can be performed – admin rights are required instead
