Qualifications of the applying entity for registration

Dear sea friends, how can one determine whether the stamps on one’s work permit meet the requirements for applying for the certification exam? Thank you!
May I ask, where does the requirement of \"a stamp from an authorized entity\" come from?
Based on my experience, when reviewing applications, they check whether your organization has the necessary design qualifications. As for how they find this out, they must have already investigated how many organizations in the area meet the requirements. Based on my personal understanding; I hope it helps.
It seems that when registering for the basic certification exam, it doesn’t matter whether the employer has a design institute qualification or not; only when taking the specialized exam is it required that the employer possess such a qualification
Do we still need to ask this? Every company with design qualifications is registered with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; they all have a certificate number. What do you think otherwise?
