The heat transfer oil needs to be heated from around 120°C to 200°C. First, steam is used to raise the temperature of the heat transfer oil from room temperature to 120°C, and then other heating methods are employed to raise its temperature to 200°C, such as electric heating or electromagnetic heating. I would like to ask which method is better; it would also be great if you could recommend some manufacturers of heaters. Thank you!
Electromagnetic heating should be more energy-efficient, but I’m not sure what the performance of electromagnetic heating devices in China is like
According to the calculations by the design institute, it is the energy cost for electric heating. Heat transfer oil is more energy-efficient.
Electric heating is produced by many specialized manufacturers.
Check the heat sources in your area; if you are in Xinjiang, coal is quite affordable
