Our sulfur-containing wastewater storage tanks do not have heating, but the less frequently used branch sections of the inlet and outlet pipelines, as well as the level gauges and pressure gauges, are equipped with heating.
The average minimum temperature in Shandong region during winter should be no lower than -20°C; therefore, the tank itself does not require heating, but the pipes for inlet and outlet, as well as pressure gauges and level gauges, need to be heated.
The acidic water tank should be equipped with heating; if the temperature gets too high and there is light oil present in it, it can be very dangerous. In my opinion, heating should not be used for this tank.
