Incinerator water seal

The exhaust gas inlet of the existing 20,000 cubic meter exhaust gas incinerator requires the installation of a water seal. I would like to ask the experts: is the water seal a complete set of equipment?
At the moment, the design institute only mentions it in the design phase without giving any specific details; I would appreciate some guidance from those with more experience

This post was last edited by hotteen2008 on 2016-9-30 00:08. We install a water seal tank, with the exhaust gas (flammable gas) being inserted into the water; this is based on the design of flare systems. The water seal is used primarily to prevent backflow of fire
The water seal is a complete set of equipment; it is specified in the standards for vent flares, with reference to the \"Practical Special Design Manual for Chemical Engineering\".
