Water-coal slurry is composed of water and coal in a certain proportion, along with some surfactants, giving it fluid properties. When left stationary under sealed conditions in a container, the water in the slurry will evaporate; the coal particles will sink, with a layer of water on the surface. The coal particles at the bottom will become dry and form solid deposits. This phenomenon also occurs with coal powder in water, creating an appearance of dryness. Please advise, experts
