When oil is seen flowing through the window at the top of the filter, it indicates that all air has been removed. Then turn the three-way valve so that the indicator screw points toward the filter that is to be in use, thereby completing the switch of filters, after which close the connection valve.
For exhaust, first activate the backup filter, then remove the currently in use filter. Ensure lubricant flow to prevent low-flow interlock devices

1. When the differential pressure of the lubricating oil filter reaches 0.15 MPa, an alarm is issued in the control room, and the filter is switched on-site. 2. Check whether the shut-off valve on the bypass pipeline between the two filters is already open; if not, slowly open it fully ; 3. Open the shut-off valve on the exhaust pipeline of the spare filter; when oil is seen flowing into the fuel tank through the oil return sight glass on that pipeline, it indicates that the spare filter is filled with oil, at which point the shut-off valve on the bypass pipeline should be closed. 4. Rotate the control lever of the dual-port three-way valve to switch the filter whose filter element needs to be replaced to spare mode. 5. Open the exhaust valve of the disabled filter to relieve pressure ; 6. After confirming that the pressure in the filter has been released following the switch, ensure that no oil flows out of the exhaust pipe; then open the drain to remove all the oil, and proceed with replacing the filter element ; 7. After cleaning or maintenance, close the discharge valve of the filter, and open the stop valve on the bypass line to check for leaks. If any leaks are found, relieve the pressure promptly; if no leaks are present, then open the stop valve on the exhaust line to allow oil to fill the filter and flow through it. At this point, the filter enters standby mode.
