This time, a real* moderator will be added (they must be employed at the time of the evaluation). If someone was ranked first in the previous round, they will automatically drop one place if they rank first this time. The purpose of this activity is to identify those participants who have been diligent and responsible over the past 2 months, by using rules that are improved with each round. Those interested can apply to become real* moderators or technical staff for the Haichuan section to the regional managers. ____________________________ In the second round, one moderator or technical member will be selected (primarily from team members; all management members except for super moderators: deputy super moderators, moderators, real* moderators, and technical team members). A mobile phone will be awarded as a prize. In addition, the top 5 participants in the rankings will receive Haichuan coins as rewards, and the regional managers will also give out encouraging amounts of Haichuan coins (with double amounts for those who continue to perform well). Prize scheme for this round – Second Round: This activity involves passive evaluation; no voting or support is required. As long as your personal score and that of your section meet the requirements, you can participate in the evaluation, with the highest-scoring individuals winning prizes. 1st place in the competition: 1 external hard drive. Competition criteria: For moderators (including regular moderators, senior moderators, and deputy moderators), the following factors are taken into account. Basic points: Number of tasks managed during the month (this should account for more than 25% of the total score); 1 point for every 600 tasks, with any remaining amount calculated as a decimal value. Points from evaluations conducted during the month: 1 point for every 150 evaluations, with any remaining amount calculated as a decimal value. Number of posts posted during the month: 1 point for every 300 posts, with any remaining amount calculated as a decimal value. Number of topics in the month – 1 point for every 30 topics; any remaining amount is not counted as a fraction. Those who rank among the top 10 in terms of overall assistance given receive an additional 1 point, while the person who ranks first in terms of assistance given that month receives 2 points (the ranking is based on the data recorded by the administrator). If a person is designated as having “Elite 3” quality topics that month, they receive 1 point for each such topic (only administrators have the authority to assign Elite 3 status). The maximum score for the month is 12 points. There are also additional points available depending on the forum one belongs to (if a person is active in multiple forums, the highest score from those forums is taken into account). Additional points are awarded if the number of posts in a forum exceeds 5,000 posts in either of the two months in question, +1 point; if it exceeds 10,000 posts, +5 points; if it exceeds 15,000 posts, +8 points; and if it exceeds 20,000 posts, +12 points (provided that topics account for no less than 5% of the total posts; if this percentage is lower, the score is calculated as the number of topics multiplied by 20). Additional points are also given to those holding the position of “Deputy Moderator” (+2 points; Deputy Moderators do not qualify for additional forum-based points). Points are deducted if a person does not log in for more than 7 days – 1 point is deducted per day starting from the 8th day until all points are deducted. One instance of attacking others results in disqualification from the evaluation for that period. The basic score for a moderator is calculated as: time spent online + management points + points from posts posted that month + points from topics created that month + points related to the moderator’s position + other additional points = total score for that month. The scores for October and November, along with any additional points, constitute the moderator’s final score for that period. —————————————————————————————————— Members of the technical team are eligible for the following points: Basic points: 1 point for every 100 points earned; any remaining amount is not counted as a fraction. Points from posts posted that month: 1 point for every 200 posts; any remaining amount is calculated as a fraction. Number of topics in the current month – 1 point is awarded for every 20 topics; any remaining fraction is not counted. Those who rank among the top 10 in terms of overall assistance provided receive an additional 1 point, while the person who ranks first in terms of assistance provided that month gets +2 points (the ranking is based on the data as of the date calculated by the administrator). If a user is rated as having “Elite 3” quality topics in the current month, they receive +1 point for each such topic (only administrators have the authority to assign Elite 3 status). The maximum score for the current month is 12 points. Additional points can be earned depending on the forum one belongs to: if the number of posts in that forum exceeds 5,000 in either of the two months under consideration, +1 point is awarded; if it exceeds 10,000 posts, +5 points; if it exceeds 15,000 posts, +8 points; and if it exceeds 20,000 posts, +12 points (provided that topics account for no less than 5% of the total posts – if this percentage is lower, the score is calculated as the number of topics multiplied by 20). Additional points are also given based on position: engineers get +1 point, senior engineers get +3 points, and senior consultants get +5 points. Points are deducted if a user does not log in for more than 7 days, with 1 point deducted per day starting from the 8th day until all points are deducted. Engaging in attacks against others results in disqualification from the current evaluation. The basic score for team members is calculated as follows: time spent online + scoring points + posts posted in the current month + points from topics in the current month + points based on position + other additional points = score for the current month. The score for October plus the score for November plus any additional points equal the final score for the current period. ———————————————————— Rewards and evaluation process for this period: At the beginning of December, all forums from October and November that meet the required criteria are identified first. Then, scores are calculated for the forum moderators and team members working there. Prerequisites for being in 1st place in the evaluation: Being a moderator or technical member of a forum that has 120 or more topics in a single month, or a forum that has 3 or more topics rated as \"excellent\" during that period. (Note: This refers to the forums you manage, not the posts you make yourself); or if you post more than 120 topics in a single month, that also counts ; If someone who does not meet the requirements of this clause finishes in first place, the second place will be automatically given to the next candidate. If none of the top 5 qualify, the grand prize for this round will be cancelled. Individuals can calculate their own scores and participate in the competition (as long as their score is higher than that of the winners). Prize scheme for this round – 3rd round: Individual awards: 1st place winner receives 1 external hard drive; 2nd place winner receives 600 HaiChuan coins plus 2000 wealth points; 3rd to 5th place winners each receive 300 HaiChuan coins plus 1000 wealth points. Regional awards: The person in charge of the region where the 1st place winner belongs, along with the deputy moderator, receives 400 HaiChuan coins (distributed by the person in charge, with the regional leader receiving over 50% of it). If the 1st place winner stays in the same region for 2 consecutive rounds, an additional 400 HaiChuan coins will be given as a bonus (this additional amount is also distributed by the person in charge, with the regional leader receiving over 50%). —————————————————————— Regional weighted evaluation: For the patrol team, technical team, and operations team moderators, the administrator will select 1-2 winners every 6 months and award them appropriate prizes; the specific evaluation criteria are determined through discussion between the administrators of each team and the site managers. Essence 3: The statistics administrator has the authority to decide whether to include it in the scoring based on quality assessment. All deputy moderators, who are at the moderator level, also participate in the evaluation.
