Cost Analysis of the Upgrade to National V and National VI Diesel and Gasoline

This post was last edited by B0SS on 2016-10-17 at 20:37. During the transition of domestic vehicle gasoline and diesel from Standard IV to Standard V, and from Standard V to Standard VI, how much does the cost of gasoline increase for oil refining companies at each stage? How much more for diesel?
I’m not sure about the specific calculations, but I personally think that the cost changes won’t be significant; energy is a tool used by the government.
