On page 222 of GB151, in figure C, I understand what DL represents to some extent, but the value for R isn’t specified. Also, I’m not sure what the notation <1:4 means (It’s my first time posting a question; I’m so nervous 2333333333)

Your problem is that you didn’t report the file upload; as a result, no one can view the diagram in section C on page 222 of GB151. We can understand the value of DL to some extent, but there’s no specification for R. There’s also information related to <1:4
