Let’s discuss what situations in safety management involve fines that are non-negotiable
It still depends on the manager; I think the appropriate level varies from factory to factory
They say nothing happens three times, but I think for the same problem, as long as it occurs a second time, punishment must be imposed!
It depends on the severity of the potential accident hazard, and whether it endangers others or oneself. It must be punished. For minor offenses, a verbal reminder or warning can suffice for the first time; if it happens again, then necessary actions must be taken.
Fines will be imposed for actions that could result in injuries to people. However, it's best to have systems for everything. The company can impose fines based on the penalties it has established. One can’t impose a fine today and then avoid imposing one tomorrow; things need to be handled fairly.
Those who cause harm to others, are caught by the regulatory authorities, or cause negative impacts on the company must be punished; there is nothing to discuss about this. Enterprises without such systems can be penalized according to this standard; those with relevant systems should follow the established procedures, adhering to the principle of \"not letting anything go unchecked.\"
There are things that one cannot bear even if they happen once; it can’t happen more than three times, otherwise the boss will have to take action.
Repetitive violations and *inherent violations must be severely punished............
Once established rules and regulations are in place, they should be followed; rewards must be clear, otherwise the company’s rules and regulations will be meaningless.
I think the key is to act in accordance with laws and regulations, without any delays
