How many specialties and staff members are needed for a design company to start doing design work!
Process, equipment, civil engineering, instrumentation, electrical systems, storage and transportation, cost estimation. Actually, the original design firm for our factory had pretty much these same specialties. It’s hard to say whether there will be more or fewer people, depending on what kind of device is used as a starting point. As you grow up, your field of specialization will need to be more specific.

It depends on what kind of company you have! If it is a leather bag design company, sales and technical managers, process designers, and budget specialists are sufficient; all other roles can be handled through design work that is outsourced or by hiring external designers.
