A lot of scum accumulates in the sludge thickening tank. However, the pump used to discharge water from the equalization tank is a submersible pump located at the bottom of the tank, and there is no scum skimmer in the equalization tank; as a result, a large amount of scum builds up on the surface of the tank. What should be done to deal with this issue? . . .
Manual salvage; a grille is installed at the water inlet to control the amount of scum entering the regulation tank
