Certification for the management of hazardous chemicals enterprises

The State Council has successively issued orders to abolish certain professional qualifications; a total of 433 such qualifications have been removed. These include the safety qualification certifications for those in charge of the production, operation, and storage of hazardous materials, as well as for managers in mines and personnel responsible for safety management. The certificates issued in the past were indeed labeled as safety management qualification certificates. Even after these certificates were abolished, the safety supervision agencies still required enterprises to attend similar training programs; only the name of the certificate changed, becoming a training completion certificate. The Work Safety Law indeed mandates such requirements. So, has this really been an abolition, or is it merely a disguised form of it? Dear sea friends, what’s the situation where you are?
This is even more absurd now than before. In the past, only those in leadership positions and safety officers needed to undergo training and obtain relevant certifications; now, other employees as well are required to do so. Essentially, all employees of the company are included in this requirement, which results in very high costs for the enterprise
