Dear teachers, due to environmental protection policies, one of our factory’s small coal-fired boilers is being upgraded to remove dust and sulfur compounds. I’ve just taken on this task, and I’m not sure what procedures are required for modifying small boilers like ours with a capacity of 10T/D. I heard that it’s necessary to file a report with **the relevant department**, but I really have no idea how to go about it. Q I hope experienced colleagues can give me some guidance. You can consult the Bureau of Technology and Standards, the Boiler Inspection Institute, and the Environmental Protection Agency. It may require: registration, submission of an application, submission of a feasibility report, information on the source of the technology, and the effects after operation, among other things.
