The rated current of the motor for the acid water pump is 9.6A. After inspecting the motor, an electrician found that one of the connections inside the motor was loose; after tightening it, the current during no-load testing of the motor was around 3A. After connecting the coupling, the motor was tested with the pump outlet closed; the current was 10.2 A. When the pump outlet was slightly opened, the current increased to 10.7 A. Contact the maintenance site to check that all aspects of the barring gear are functioning properly. What’s going on? I seek your advice! ! !

No abnormalities during shaft rotation; no issues when rotating the shaft without connecting the coupling……
Is there no abnormality when turning the shaft without connecting the coupling? Does that mean there’s a problem with turning the shaft when the coupling is connected?
