The temperature inside the regenerator is around 70 degrees. Some time after the manhole was opened, black smoke began to emerge from the regenerator through that manhole; this indicates that there was spontaneous combustion inside the regenerator. I would like to know what the components responsible for this spontaneous combustion are Or explain the reasons in detail; there must be flammable materials involved. What exactly are they?
