I have never seen the methanol washing process used by large-scale manufacturers. The upper section of the stripping tower in the Ruchi process is the inlet for the reabsorption circulation pump. If the liquid level fluctuates greatly in this period, 1. First, check whether the liquid feed at the upper stage is stable. 2. If the liquid feed at the upper stage is stable, then check the pressure difference there. Check whether the pressure difference is stable. If the pressure difference is unstable, then check again whether the amount of nitrogen used for air lift is stable. It is also necessary to check the system, especially to ensure that the temperatures of methanol in each section of the stripping tower are normal. It may also be necessary to check whether the valves, control valves, and check valves in the methanol flow path are all functioning properly.
Check if there is a blockage; look at the methanol coming from the upper section and see if there is exhaust at the higher points, ensure proper exhaust.
