What are the explosion limits for carbon black and titanium dioxide?

Titanium dioxide has stable properties and is classified as Category D. However, is a mixture of dust and air explosive, and how should warehouses be designed accordingly? ? Carbon black is highly flammable and explosive at high temperatures. Some books directly classify it as Category B... but the explosion limit cannot be found! Help~
