Gauge pressure and absolute pressure

A certain feed gas, at slightly positive pressure, is used for a novice to simulate its properties, for use in design work by various specialties. When setting the alarm conditions, something seemed off: the sum of all components was only 50–65%, with the remainder said to be non-toxic and non-flammable materials. That’s how things ended up. Later on, I realized it wasn’t right – nearly half of the components in the medium were useless. How could that be? Upon further investigation, I found that water accounted for 30% of it. Looking deeper still, I saw that the density was very low. When I asked those who did the simulations, they couldn’t explain why either. I casually asked what the pressure was, whether it was gauge pressure or absolute pressure; he replied that it was 10 kPa, absolute pressure. It’s unfortunate; all the related designs have to be redone.
So I’m very sad; these data have been reviewed, yet no one paid any attention to them. The water content at normal pressure is 30%, and it has condensed. I questioned them, are you selling water or gas? They don’t answer, keeping their heads down, as if to admit their fault, but what can you do? You still need them to do the work.
So, how is punishment to be carried out?

Most people are reluctant to mark “G/A”, and they’re not quite sure whether the software defaults to G or A
If it is not indicated, it is generally assumed to be gauge pressure...
It can be used as a typical example for summarization, and internal discussions and reminders can be held after the project is completed. . .
This will embarrass many people; I’ve already offended too many of them.
