Regarding the factors that affect the solid content of paraffin synthesized by the Fedo process, there are the following questions: 1. What are the impacts of different catalyst compositions and molding methods on the solid content of paraffin? Please provide answers; 2. Is it related to the size of the filter pores in the filter elements inside the tower? ; 3. What are the optimization methods for the operation of paraffin filters?
Which are the domestic manufacturers of FTO synthetic wax? Thank you
Domestically, it’s Lu’an I guess; internationally, Shell and Sasol
Future Energy and Yitai are both projects related to indirect liquefaction, and they have both been put into operation.
All of your questions can be traced back to one reason: the problem of catalyst pulverization. Catalyst preparation, reactor internals structure, internal mixing flux, and gas distributor nozzle velocity are all key factors affecting degradation; in actual operation, the H/C ratio in the gas is not the primary factor contributing to degradation.
The equipment and internal components are all fixed in place; it is no longer possible to make major modifications. The internal components have been inspected numerous times. What do you mean by internal backmixing flux? Is there any information on this? I want to learn *learn*.

I’ve benefited a lot. Are you from Yulin too?
