Is the orientation of the pipe openings in a general tower determined by the internal components manufacturer or by the design institute (engineering company)?
It should be the owner who proposes it, with the contract design institute and the interior components manufacturer discussing and making a decision.
The orientation of the pipe outlet is generally determined by the process team; it doesn’t matter whether the specific process details are provided by the owner or by the design institute. The equipment factory can be constructed as shown in the diagram.
For non-standard equipment, the process department of the design institute provides the layout diagram indicating the installation positions, while the equipment department prepares the equipment drawings; the manufacturer then produces the equipment according to these drawings.
Those of us who work with equipment have to provide a well-designed process pipeline; it seems like a real hassle
