What should be done if the manufacturer refuses to provide the safety valve model and set pressure value?

The lubrication system of the unit compressor is equipped with a safety valve, but there is no nameplate on it, and no relevant information can be found. When contacting the manufacturer to ask about the model and setting pressure of the safety valve, they refused to provide this information. What should be done?
It’s a crappy company, or maybe it’s just one of its salespeople who doesn’t understand basic common sense. Find a design institute and ask them to help you inquire.

I thought the same thing too, but the manufacturer only agreed to provide something identical to what is used in practice, without disclosing the model number or the set pressure value.
I tried contacting the compressor manufacturer, but it didn’t work.
Go to the testing facility for a test; by knowing the number of jumps, you can determine the discharge pressure, and then calculate the set pressure. The models are relatively easy to distinguish by appearance, right?
Who will pay for the testing fee? Individuals cannot do it; grassroots units lack funds, and higher authorities don’t care.
Safety valves must be calibrated before use; the installation location should be set at 1.1 times the design pressure for each section*
Go to the security department at your workplace and look for the records; there are records of the annual inspections of safety valves.
We also face this issue: we have stopped conducting annual inspections on the safety valves at gas stations (the manufacturers indeed do not provide the necessary data). Later, when we purchased safety valves for other equipment, we ordered a replacement for the faulty safety valve at one fuel station as well. The manufacturer of the safety valves used specialized software designed for such valves, and the parameters provided by the production facility were used in the purchase process.
